My career spans general contracting, owner-side program management, and construction management, serving major multifamily owners, developers, investment organizations, public agencies, and institutional clients. My experience includes education, healthcare, civic facilities, infrastructure, institutional multifamily, historic restoration, and federal and military environments.

My responsibilities have extended from project-level execution to regional business operations and complex capital-program oversight. They have included workforce leadership, staffing and resource alignment, financial performance, estimating, procurement, contract administration, project controls, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting.

A central part of my work has been strengthening how organizations operate. I develop and refine procedures, documentation controls, accountability structures, communication practices, and training that connect leadership expectations with everyday execution. My contract and risk experience includes evaluating obligations, maintaining defensible project records, developing mitigation strategies, and coordinating with qualified counsel on potential disputes and claims.

My professional foundation began in the United States Air Force, where precision, safety, accountability, and disciplined documentation were essential. Those principles continue to guide how I lead teams, protect client interests, and approach complex work.

Today, I bring leadership, operational experience, teaching, and hands-on technology development together through Devnua, my advisory and implementation business, and AIPMCM, my professional publication. My focus is helping organizations strengthen what already works, improve what does not, and develop systems their people can confidently maintain and evolve.
